IAM® Meditation

Created by Amma, IAM® Meditation is a simple and powerful practice which has helped thousands of people all over the world to find peace and relaxation.

Developed by Amma, the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® (IAM) has been taught to hundreds of thousands of people around the world. 

The IAM20® is a powerful practice combining movement, breathing and visualisation. It works to enhance your quality of life by reducing anxiety and building resilience. The aim is that everyone, regardless of experience, can meditate independently for 20 minutes a day.

The IAM35® is a profound meditation technique given by Amma to help us focus our minds deep within ourselves. It takes just over half an hour to perform and is longer than the IAM20. It is aimed at those who want to intensify their spiritual practice and has been distilled by Amma from traditional Indian spiritual wisdom to provide a balanced and easily accessible practice for the modern world.

Teaching is open to all 18+. There is no fee for the courses, the cost is solely to cover expenses.
